TOUT POUR TOI(“we”, “us”, “our”) provides this website and service. By using it, you agree to the terms below.

The service

TOUT POUR TOI lets you build a digital wedding invitation for free, with a live preview, guest RSVP form, and no signup required to start. Your invitation is saved as a draft while you work on it.

Going live

Making your invitation live and shareable is a one-time paid feature. Clicking “Request to go live” does not charge you or collect payment details in the app — it simply lets us know you're ready. We'll then contact you directly, using the contact email or phone number you provided, to arrange payment. Once payment is confirmed, we make your invitation live.

Because payment happens outside the app and directly between us, any refund is arranged the same way — by contacting us at codible31@proton.me.

Your content

You own the content you upload or type into your invitation (names, photos, music, venue details, and so on). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to upload or share anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or an invitation that violates this, and reserve automated protections (like rate limits and spam filters) to keep the service usable for everyone.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
