TOUT POUR TOI(“we”, “us”, “our”) provides this website and service. This page explains what data we collect when you create an invitation or RSVP to one, and why.

If you're building an invitation (the couple)

When you use the editor, we store:

• The invitation details you type in: couple names, event date, venue name and map location, languages, WhatsApp number, and your chosen accent color.
• Your contact email and contact phone number, collected early in the editor so we can follow up if you don't finish your invitation.
• Any cover photo or music file you upload, stored in our file storage.
• An anonymous session token that lets you leave and come back to the same draft later, without needing to create an account or password.

None of this is public until your invitation is live. While it's a draft or awaiting payment, only you (via your session) and the site admin can see it.

If you're RSVPing to an invitation (a guest)

When you submit the RSVP form, we store:

• Your name, whether you're attending, and how many guests you're bringing.
• Any allergies, song requests, or preferred language you enter.

This information is only visible to the couple whose invitation you RSVP'd to, and to the site admin.

Spam protection

To keep the RSVP form and editor free of spam, we temporarily record a one-way hash of your IP address (not the IP address itself) to enforce a simple rate limit. These records are automatically deleted on a rolling basis and are never used for tracking or advertising.

Notifications

When a couple asks to make their invitation live, we send a one-off notification (containing the invitation details and the contact email/phone provided) to the site admin so payment can be arranged. This is sent via a messaging bot and is not shared with anyone else.

Where data is stored

Invitation data, RSVPs, and uploaded files are stored with our database and file storage provider, Supabase. We don't use advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties.
